A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your tour or on the agreed payment schedule.
Payments can be made using the available payment methods listed on our website.
Any bank transfer or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in the stated currency unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change without prior notice due to:
Government taxes
Park fee adjustments
Exchange rate fluctuations
Supplier price changes
Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless government-imposed fees change after confirmation.
4. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, will depend on:
The notice period before departure
Payments already made to hotels, airlines, national parks, or other suppliers
Non-refundable permits and reservation fees
Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting non-recoverable costs and administrative charges.
5. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to:
Availability
Additional costs from suppliers
Updated park or accommodation fees
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or modify an itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political instability
Safety concerns
Park closures
Where possible, we will offer an alternative itinerary, reschedule your tour, or provide an appropriate refund for services we are unable to deliver.
7. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining:
- Valid passport
Required visas - Vaccination certificates (where required)
- Travel insurance
- documentation
Any other required travel documents
We are not responsible for costs arising from missing or invalid travel documents.—
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
Medical expenses - Emergency evacuation
- Personal accident
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Adventure activities where applicable
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler.
9. Health & Fitness
Some activities, including mountain climbing and extended walking safaris, require good physical fitness.
Travelers should:
- Inform us of any medical conditions before departure.
- Follow the advice of guides during the trip.
- Carry any required personal medication.
Participation is at your own risk, and medical conditions should be disclosed before travel.
10. Safety
Your safety is our highest priority.
All travelers must:
- Follow instructions provided by guides and drivers.

- Wear appropriate safety equipment when required.
Failure to comply may result in removal from activities without refund.
11. Wildlife Viewing
Wild animals move freely in their natural habitat.
Although our guides maximize your chances of seeing wildlife, sightings of specific animals cannot be guaranteed.
12. Accommodation
Accommodation is provided according to the confirmed itinerary.
In rare situations beyond our control, we may substitute accommodation with another of similar quality and standard.
13. Transportation
We aim to provide safe and reliable transportation throughout your journey.
Unexpected delays caused by:
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Mechanical issues
- Traffic
- Airline schedule changes
may occasionally occur and are outside our reasonable control.
14. Personal Property
Travelers are responsible for their own personal belongings.
We are not liable for:
- Lost luggage
- Theft
- Damage to personal property
- Forgotten items
Please keep valuables secure at all times.
15. Limitation of Liability
We act as a tour operator arranging services with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers.
We shall not be held liable for losses, injuries, delays, or expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.
Our liability is limited to the value of the travel services booked with us, where permitted by applicable law.
